Frequently asked questions
- Is my invoice uploaded anywhere?
- No. The invoice is created in your browser and the PDF saves straight to your device.
- Can I import my timesheet from a spreadsheet?
- Not yet. Add each row by hand for now. If importing a timesheet CSV would save you time, tell me in the form on this page.
- Can I include sales tax or VAT?
- Add tax as its own row, or include it in your rate. There isn't a dedicated sales tax or VAT field yet.
- Which currency does the invoice use?
- Choose US dollars ($) or British pounds (£) at the top of the form. Your choice is used for the rates, row amounts, and total due on screen and in the PDF. If you need another currency, tell me in the form on this page.
- Can I add my logo?
- Not yet. Invoices show your business name and contact details. Logo branding is planned for Pro Docs, and you can remove the free watermark from any download with a small tip.
