Shipping and delivery policy

Digital only, no physical shipping

DeskTools is a website of free, browser-based tools. We don’t sell or ship any physical goods, so there are no shipping charges, delivery addresses, or delivery times.

Delivery

The tools are available instantly in your browser, with or without a tip. Files you create (such as spreadsheets or PDFs) are generated on your device and downloaded straight away. When a tip unlocks something (for example, a watermark-free download), it applies immediately in the same session. A payment receipt is sent by our payment provider to the email address you enter at checkout.

Problems

DeskTools is operated by the DeskTools team, India. If something didn’t work after you paid, email hello@getdesktools.com and we’ll sort it out.
