- Is my quote uploaded anywhere?
- No. The PDF is created in your browser and saved straight to your device.
- Can I add my logo?
- Not yet. Quotes show your business name and contact details at the top. Logo branding is planned for Pro Docs; see Pricing for details.
- Can I add sales tax or VAT?
- Add it as its own line item, or include it in your rates. There isn't a dedicated tax field yet.
- Which currency does the quote use?
- Choose US dollars ($) or British pounds (£) at the top of the form. Your choice is used for the rates, line totals, and total on screen and in the PDF. If you need another currency, tell me in the form on this page.
- Why is there a watermark on my PDF?
- Free downloads carry a light DeskTools watermark. You can remove it from a download by leaving a small tip when you save the PDF.
