Who we are

DeskTools is operated by the DeskTools team, India. It is a small, independently run website that offers free browser-based tools for freelancers and small businesses. You can reach us at hello@getdesktools.com.

Using the tools

The tools are free to use without an account. They are provided “as is”, without any warranty, and outputs may contain errors. You are responsible for checking every result before relying on it. See the disclaimer for details. Please don’t misuse the site, for example by trying to disrupt it or by using it for anything unlawful.

Optional tips

You can choose to leave a pay-what-you-want tip to support DeskTools. Tips are entirely voluntary. They are not a purchase of goods, a subscription, or a donation to a charity, and they don’t unlock a separate paid service unless a page clearly says so (for example, removing the watermark from a single download). You choose the amount, and you can change it on the checkout page before paying.

Payments are processed by our payment partner (Razorpay, or another provider shown at checkout). We never see or store your full card or bank details. Refunds are covered by our refund and cancellation policy. Nothing physical is shipped. See our shipping and delivery policy.

Privacy

Our privacy policy explains what data we collect and why.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, DeskTools is not liable for any loss arising from use of the site or its tools. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have that cannot be limited by law.
